Hampton Glen

I lived in these apartments for 2 years. The management was not helpful, problems went unsolved for days. The grounds were not maintained well, debris from storms lay on the ground for weeks, pet waste was left everywhere. While we were there we had an infestation of termites! They were dropping out of our window frames and were so bad that you could hear them! Management did nothing for about two weeks and we were left on our own to deal with it until they finally had someone come out and spray. The siding was falling off the apartments. And I personally can vouch for the robberies. I had my car broken into in the middle of the night while it was parked out front of my apartment. Also my bike was stolen from off my patio, luckily for me it had two flat tires so they could not ride away on it and just ditched it on the lawn. There was also an incident where some new cars were egged, which took paint off. Management was told about these incidents but did not take an interest or anything. There are a few good neighbors, but the majority of the complex is loud and rude. People walk down the road and don't yield to cars, they don't keep their kids in line or safely out of the way of cars either. They raised our rent, and also wanted to charge us extra fees that weren't in the original lease. Over all I was extremely happy to get out of these apartments! I do not recommend these apartments at all!
