I like the apartment, the maintenance crew is great, but watch out for the fees. You have to pay a monthly fee for them to "process" your utility bill. I was one day late in paying my rent, and a nasty, official looking letter was tacked to my door, two days after I had paid my rent demanding 10% (almost $100), within 5 days, paid by certified check, or I would be evicted. That's crazy in this time when there are 100's of other complexes out there.

I AGREE 100%, THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT PART OF YOUR WATER BILL INCLUDES WHAT OTHER RESIDENTS ARE USING, SO IF THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE IN YOUR BUILDING YOUR UTILITY BILL WILL BE MUCH HIGHER... ALSO MGR HAS ATTITUE PROBLEM,BUT NICE ASST. MGR. HAD TO CALL CORPERATE TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED.

My water bill was $80 one month, the next month (which I spent most of out of town) my water bill was $145. I couldn't believe it.I obtained a copy of their actual water bill and a copy of what was actually billed to all the tenants....someone is making some big money. Now they negotiate a resonable water bill with me...but I hear others complain all the time. DO NOT MOVE TO HAMPTON GLEN UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY EVERY MONTH!

I agree that the manager has an attitude problem. I've had various issues with my apartment and it seems like it's an inconvenience for her to do her job. Maintenance crew is nice??too bad they have to work for this place. I'm getting out of here this month. I've told everyone I know to stay away from here. Too many problems to deal with on top of the random fees mentioned above.
