These apts are old and dirty and although it is in the west end area dont bother,check out sundance apts which is close by.Their prices are cheaper,apts cleaner and the staff much nicer.I rented for a year and moved out only to receive a ludicrous fee for move out charges after I had cleaned the apt and left it without any damages.To be forewarned is to forearmed
