The biggest issue is the highway noise, which gets particularly bad in winter when there's no foliage on the trees to buffer the sound. At times it feels like you're living next to a race track with a never-ending race going on, day and night.

Other than that, insulation is excellent. Can never hear the neightbors.

Only other problem is parking. At times you have to park near another building because all the parking spots are taken.
