The Hamptons at Hunton Park seemed like a dream come true when viewing the model. Except when I decided not to sign the lease, they kept my security deposit, not in accordance with the VRLTA. I never even moved into the unit. Property Manager Wendy, illegally recorded a phone conversation with me and did not inform me until the end of the call. The management team is horrible and very rude. I am now proceeding in a civil suit against the entire company. Renter BEWARE. Make sure you are ready to deal with these scum before you waste your time.
