Before I place my comment I feel I must respond to the previous posting.

The management team at the Hamptons is probably one of the best you will find in Richmond. I just left to move into a new home but lived at the Hamptons for 2 years. During that time I saw the property and staff change from average with former manager Joy to exceptional under Wendy's leadership. All I can say is please read the reviews from residents who actually lived at the Hamptons and not from one who probably could not qualify to live in such a great place.

Now for the real reason I am on this site. I would like to simply state if you are looking for a great place to live that has quick and efficient maintenance, great amenities, a caring leasing staff and spacious apartments then The Hamptons at Hunton Park is your place to call home.

Unfortunately for your ignorance, I certainly quailified to live at the Hamptons with no problems and I still do qualify, with exceptional credit. Customer service was not delivered to me prior to my move in and I am glad I got out when I did. The apartment community is beautiful as are the apartments, but from my personal experience, the customer service was not. Also, if you have not noticed, I am not the only one who has given the Hamptons or any other Gumenick property a negative rating. Maybe you'd be wise to read over everything rather than attempting to justify something simply because you have not had a problem. Then again, you're probably just a scum employee at the apartment community or either screwing the staff. Have a great day!

Whoever wrote the post stating Wendy showed great leadership is in Lala land . Wendy could lead up starving dog to food . I'm being nice . Her attention span is about a half a nano second . She was replaced by someone who isn't much better . Then there is Allison another real leader . Everything you say to her goes in one ear and at the other . Then she does exactly what she wants . It's a shame the Hamptons could be the best of the best . Upper management doesn't want to face reality . They have the sorriest management teams in the industry . I know I lived there .
