Beware of tricks they play when you first lease . One trick is they'll always try to put you in a apartment you don't want . Never put any money down to be on a waiting list . If for some reason you change your mind and never get back . Kind of sleazy . So you compromise and taken something you don't want . The rents increase every year . They don't care whether you stay or leave . I don't understand how management thinks . Apparently they don't . It's kind of like an attractive person that has no soul . All the staff are pleasant but never compromise on anything . That's why no one stays .

How can you complain about them raising the rates yearly? My rent rose by just a couple of percent. I don't see a problem with that, It's called inflation. I also struggle to fathom your ratings. 1/5 for parking? I rarely have to park more than 30ft from my door, even at the busiest times. 1/5 for noise? 2/5 for Grounds? 2/5 for safety? Apart from one small issue with a noisy neighbour I can't see a problem with noise, and the grounds seem very well kept to me. I struggle to understand your low rating for safety. I've heard of precisely zero issues with safety, sure the gates are often not working but other than that, nothing!
