The GOOD:
I lived here with a roommate last year. We liked it because of the size of the bedrooms and large walk in closets in both rooms. The floor plan is nice. The grounds are beautiful and the area is safe. The tile and appliances are a nice touch and the clubhouse with gym, pool, theater, and lounge are wonderful and I haven't been at another complex that offered anything even close to that. The office staff are nice. Management let us write separate checks for the rent. Neighbors were great! Maintenance is great and very responsive.

THE NOT SO GOOD
The only issues I had were the walls are thin (could here neighbor's dog barking all the time and their conversations)yet I could never hear my roommate when my door was closed. The windows were not insulated well (everytime it rained you had to wipe the windowsills or risk getting mold).The ants were especially bad (my roommates room window would frequently be covered in ants). Maintenance would come in and spray leaving dead ants all over the place. Also the drain in my roommates bathroom stained the bathtub and made it pretty nasty looking. At least we didn't get charged for it at move out. We did get charged $50 to replace blinds that were damaged when we moved in and it was noted on the move in inspection (although not in excessive detail). MAKE SURE YOU NOTE ANY DAMAGES ON THE MOVE IN INSPECTION IN DETAIL, otherwise you will be charged and you will not have a leg to stand on unless you documented it with good detail on the inspection form!
