Overall This place is good. The walls are well insulated, VERY QUIET. and it's soo close to everything. Only complaint i have is my room is cold in the wintertime but that happens even if u lived in a house. I would Recommend it to anybody cause if u lookin' for Piece and Quiet I recommend it big time :)
