Place starting to show its age...

It's clean, management is very responsive to requests, and parking is never a problem (at least it hasn't been yet). Cons-don't take a 2nd or 3rd level unit if you have kids! I hear every movement in the unit above me. The people below have complained of the noise from our kids jumping around (which is all our kids do at their age). I'd complain if I were them too! If a bottom unit had been available I'd gladly have taken it. Landscaping is weedy/patchy grass and tot area is pretty pathetic. Also, they claim to have a state-of-the-art gym...NOT! It;s a tiny room with a few cardio machines jammed in there and one free weight machine. The place was great 7 years ago but it's now becoming old and dated. I refused to move in unless they replaced carpet and painted walls throughout (which they did). A/C is very loud and sometimes I think someone is knocking at the door and realize it's the A/C kicking on. Otherwise, the tenants and management are very friendly and we all work to make things "bearable". :-) SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
