1) The office staff are helpful, but talk to Lorraine if you want anything done.
2) The office staff don't play. Ever tenant has a background check done prior to move-in, and they don't tolerate partying or nonsense from younger tenants.
3) Maintenance is very prompt, even on weekends.
4) We have six cats (some of which were strays from their dumpster area) and they looked the other way.
5) They keep the grounds wonderfully maintained.

1. Office staff is not helpful if you have to talk to Lorraine only to get anything done. That makes no sense. 2. There is way too much partying and illegal nonsense going on at this complex, open your eyes. 3. So your the one that lets your cats out to do their business at the playground, thus keeping our children from using the equipment. Your the reason we have to constantly clean our outdoor furniture because your lousy cats are always sitting in our areas. 6 cats are way too many and a good management team would not have allowed this. 5. The grounds were not perfectly maintained as people allowed their pets to do anything anywhere, including you.
