Too many problems to recommend to anyone

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Originally moved in just for a short 3 month lease and then to move to a house. During this time, their air conditionar (in the middle of the apartment, which is a very bad design) was clogged up and flooded a good part of the apartment and stained the carpets. For some reason the water from faucets stains the counters a redish color. Very, very, very noisy neighbors whom party alot and management has done nothing about. These neighbors often bought glass outdoor tables that were always being broken and the glass shattering down onto my patio. Management still allows glass tables on the decks and refused to ask the neighbor to get a different type of table. I've found drugs and needles alongside the sidewalk that I had to yell at the management for not cleaning this up before children could get to it. I've watched drug dealers come to the back of the complex where we're at to do their dealings with our neighbors. I was heavily promised by the management team upon signing the lease that they don't have drug issues and don't accept this behavior. What they say and do are two different things. Alike a previous post, our windows leaked when it rained, the harder the rain, the more they leaked and stained the carpets. Told management this and they stated there was nothing they could do. It just needed some caulking or something, I've never seen a building do that before. So what is management trying to do upon our move out, their trying to charge us for the full replacement of all the carpets in the apartment when it was their fault for the stains by the air conditionar and cheapness of the windows. I had fully disclosed the problems at or near the occurance time to get them to fix the issues, which they did not do. The managers refused to meet with me upon moving out to do a walk through to make sure all is well. I gave them a total of a 1 months notice, then 2 weeks afterwards we moved out and it was an empty apartment. Their excuse was the correct manager was not available during the time after we moved and the lease end, a 2 week period. The management may appear nice, but their lazy and unfortunetly many of the apartments are running down due to their inability to maintain them.
