I've been a resident here for several years now, and I have to say this is ONE gorgeous place! The grounds are kept very clean, and the staff in the office are superior! They will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you with any issues you may face. The girls often stay late nights, which is great for package pick up and any business that needs to be attended to after I am off work. It's a friendly community, I recently witnessed a resident's dog getting loose and not only did the girls in the office get on the phone and immediately start calling around to try and find the owner, but also assisted in keeping the dog calm in the process.
The maintenance staff is on top of things, and often resolve your issues the "same day." The best thing about The Legends is that they are easily accessible to all the major highways within minutes and seconds, but at the same time, you don't get the commuter traffic because they are quite secluded. Often I'll stand outside and hear NOTHING.
It's really a wonderful community, the best in the area!!
