We moved into the apartments several months ago. For what we pay we have not received good quality AT ALL. A couple weeks ago while laying in bed our ceiling fan fell completely out of the ceiling, much like the outlet after trying to unplug my laptop. There are pencil marks running across the walls, stains on the carpet, as well as our stove only having two working burners (the small ones) and a broken ice maker. We asked them to fix it during routine maintence check as well as the smoke detector they were supposed to fix. They left a note that said it was complete which is funny because our smoke detector is still sitting on our bar and our ceiling fan is still sitting on my desk. These apartments are not worth the money, and the maintence is terrible. If your going to pay $615 a month I would highly recommend somewhere else, or go somewhere a heck of a lot cheaper for the same quality.
