This place is a joke. If the Va state police station was not in my backyard I would have been gone a long time ago. The manager has no clue and nothing gets fixed. My ice machine has been broken for almost two years. They have come to fix it 5 times! The last time they said it needs to be replaced. I am still waiting for the " part " 4 monthes later. I just got a notice they are raising my rent. It's funny every year they try this with the same letter from the prior year which states the water which is included will be going up. You know water is about 1/4 of my rent according to them.
