I have lived at the Meadows for a year now. I have been very disappointed in the management at the Meadows. Although the outside of the apartments look nice, the inside of the apartments is old. The management is slow and you usually have to follow up with them multiple times before anything gets done. Although they are supposed to close at 5:30, they often close earlier without warning. They have lost my rent checks multiple times. Exercise equipment is about 20 years old and the pool is never clean. Parking rules are ridiculous. Not only do you have to have a visitor's permit, you also have to park in a visitor's spot. In addition, you have to forewarn management of your visitors so you can secure a parking pass. It's ridiculous.
