Lots of Larceny/vandalism of vehicles in parking lot. You hear residents fighting screaming at each other through the walls. Theres a constant boom of music on weekends, Saturdays, argh. Unsupervised Henrico County students loiter in the lot, and elementary kids jump on top of cars in the parking lot and throw balls smashing windows, no parents around. We got a letter of 3 break ins to vehicles on a saturday morning at 6:50 a.m. - verified on Henrico Co police reports site. There is a lot of suspicious activity in the parking lots and stairwells. Cars pull up, walk up, then leave a minute later, this happens a lot. Hmmmm. I feel somewhat unsafe walking to my apartment from my car at certain times due to this activity and random people just loitering. The maintenence is terrible. Major problems I had at move in are still unfixed. A flooding kitchen in need of cleanup from broken sink pipe is not considered "emergency maintenence" worthy. Parking is terrible for guests - they basically have to park out on the street. We just got a new property manager. Maybe things will change now. Advantages include: pool, gym, (relative) safety compared to Richmond city and other areas of Henrico, convenient location to Richmond, Hanover, everywhere I go basically. If the rent doesn't increase I will stay...but if it increases...I'm out when my lease is out. The price either needs to come down, or quality come up with the price staying the same. Otherwise I'm gone. I'm sure others will to. There is a LOT of turnover here.

I agree completely, the place is the dumps and I cant wait to get out of there..

Well I have lived here for 6 years and have never had a problem with the exceptions of the last manager and truth be told i am glad she is gone. Other than that, I have never seen kids playing in the parking lot on cars and suspicious activity... WHERE we are behind the police station. I love it here and would only move when my son graduates. Why do you feel unsafe have you done something to someone? And the break ins the manager told you that it happened here at the legends and the greens so of course it is on the Henrico County Police site. It was vandalism, how many more things are on there about here. Please tell us. Like I said i like it here and encourage you to ride by any time. I get off between 7:00pm and 11:00 pm and I do not mind walking into my house.
