i visited oakbrook a month or so ago so while i cannot speak for actually living there i can tell you that i was not impressed from what i saw and experienced on my visit.

i was interested in a studio because they are cheap and i did not need to much room.

i knew that this was not a new property but i did not expect to walk into a so called move in ready apartment that had very old worn out furniture and carpeting that smelled mildewed and was stained.

the office staff tried everything to get me to take the studio(no wonder based on how it looked) but there was no way.

i ended up going around the corner from them and i am paying more in rent but my apartment is nice and clean and you know that the managers care how they look.
