I have been living here since mid-November of 2005 and am loving it. It is a peaceful, quiet community with plenty of available parking space and no crime of any kind. It is located in the upper West End area of Richmond which is a great, safe and upscale neighborhood to begin with.Close to malls, plazas,groceries and great dining places. I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Richmond unless I want to own an actual home.
The office staff are friendly, but it would not hurt if they were a little bit smarter (I personally think most of them are complete airheads) which would enable them to operate a little more efficiently.

Good point. I have encountered the same thing with the staff. One staff woman in particular is so out-of-touch that her behavior has come across as unwittingly rude on several occasions.
