Good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I have been living here since mid-November of 2005 and am loving it. It is a peaceful, quiet community with plenty of available parking space and no crime of any kind. It is located in the upper West End area of Richmond which is a great, safe and upscale neighborhood to begin with.Close to malls, plazas,groceries and great dining places. I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Richmond unless I want to own an actual home. The office staff are friendly, but it would not hurt if they were a little bit smarter (I personally think most of them are complete airheads) which would enable them to operate a little more efficiently.
