Things To Make Sure When You Move Out

I had leased this apt community twice. The first time there wasn't any issue when I moved out but last time when I moved out they charged me money complaining carpet had some big stain which I never seen. They never notified me that when they are doing inspection.I think community is good for its price...no nuisance...but management is really question mark....Make sure everything u pay for to get in written....one of the lady in the office told me about her colleague that "Everyone is not same in money matter" so I am not sure what kind of person they are putting in the office''' If you are planning to move in make everything clear and put everything in written.
