The area is great, very convenient to short pump and the interstates and the grounds are well kept. I didn't have any problems there with the staff or maintenance until I decided to move out when I bought my house. My lease was up and I gave ample notice, cleaned the apt. thoroughily and made sure I met all their move out requiremtnts so I could avoid additional fees. I waited for the return of my security deposit and never recieved it. When I called to ask about it, the staff member said that they had re-carpeted the apt. and that I was not going to recieve any money back. The carpet was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. I even paid to have it professionally cleaned before I left as a courtesy to them because I liked living there. They also said I owed them $60 for 3 trash bags left inside the apt! I was outraged because I know for certain that there was NOTHING left in that apt when I moved out. I made sure of it. I never paid them their $60 because I figured they could just take it out of the security deposit I was never going to see again. I don't think this is a bad place to live but in hindsight, I would have gone to the leasing office before I vacated and taken one of the staff members to the apt to show them that there was nothing left inside it and that it was clean and ready to be rented to someone else.
