Nice but a few flaws

They were the nicest in West End area. However, I could hear my neighbor's phone ring or alarm clock go off in the mornings. The walls seemed to be paper thin. Also, beware when you move out. Have someone from the staff walk it with you. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly when I moved out and made sure I did everything on the list. They tried to stick me with an outrageous cleaning fee. I objected to the fee and told them I have several witnesses to the condition of the apartment upon move out. The did remove the fees thankfully.

Good but needs some more planning..such a huge community and there is just one trash place...we have to take the trash in our car can you believe that??? And then they just sent everybody a warning to not leave trash in the hallway...who has the time to take the trash otu everyday.....ridiculous..............

I know driving the trash is a pain, but I don't want to smell my neighbor's stinking trash bags on the way to my door, either. Don't be so lazy, it takes 5 minutes to run the trash.
