A nightmare...

This place is the worst I have ever seen. I moved in because it looked like a decent place from the outside, the rent seemed reasonable, and the club house and grounds were nice. They would not let me see the actual apartment until it was too late...
This would not be such a bad place if it were not for the incompetent managers. They are rude and do not follow-up on maint. requests.
I could go on...
The bottom line: Be smart and do not rent an apartment at the Addisson at Hampton.

Dont tell the management about what needs fixed. YOu need to call the maintenance request line and they usually come out the next day. Plus if you send in your eval card you get in a drawing for something like $100 off your rent!
