Maintenance is the problem I have had a leaky bedroom ceiling for over a year, and they continue to patch the inside but are not repairing the roof on the outside. Mold i taking over in the bathrooms, and it took about 6 service calls to finally get my AC fixed in July. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. For the amount of rent you have to pay it is not worth it, the best thing about Addison is the landscaping.
