The grounds are excellent, I loved the pool in the summer becuase there were not a lot of kids, and shopping is really close. I felt safe alone at night here. Upon moving in the apartment was TOALLY different from the "model" older applicances, different fireplace, older cabinets, tiles falling off of the bathroom wall. Hair was even waxed into the floors. About 7 months in the floor of the apartment started leaking (its concrete slab), and we couldnt figure it out. It ended up the hot water heater in the apartment above us burst and it got into the storage room and our living room. The sucked the water up and left a fam but the carpet was stained and it smelled really bad. The floor started leaking again but it was a different problem, there was apparenty A SPRING under the apartment floor and wter was seeping through a crack in the foundation (they said it was a leaky fridge from next door...yeah right)they sealed it with hydraulic sealer and it continued to leak, the carpet became smellier, we eventually moved out before the lease was up (they let us leave early thank goodness). Management was also rude at times.
