first off i would like to say the Rent is OUTRAGOUS. When I first moved here I was in a one bedroom apartment, everything seemed okay up untill the day when i woke up to find a waterfall of sewage seeping down the kitchen wall. I Immediatly called Maintenence, and proceded to wait for 2 weeks for them to show up. when they did they tore up all my walls and celings, and and told me "I dont know where the leak is comming from" so there i was wating for an other month with a soaked smelly apartment for them to show up and fix the walls...Never happend... after a while there were cockroaches pouring in from the holes in the celing and wall, after MANY complaints to swith apartments withen the complex, they told me that i had to wait "untill my lease was up" so long story short, the waterlogged cockroach infested sh*thole i called home, never got fixed, and is still not fixed. I have been staying at my friends because of the unbearable stenceh. the day i moved out i felt like a human again the Management is TERRIBLE here and they are exteremely rude, maintenace sucks, and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD dont the the "models" or exterior landscaping fool you. This place is horrible. and the crime rate sucks here too, they have no security at night here, its not fenced, my buddies car, as well as mine have been broken into 3 times over a course of a year. DO NOT LIVE HERE NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS. oh.. and if you love hearing cop cars and ambulances at all hours of the night, it might be worth a look.

Whenever any type of sewage backs up into your apartment you are to call the Department of Health. They would have sent an inspector out and condemned your apartment immediately and management would of had to move you at their expense immediately. I also pays to have renter's insurance.
