We have not been here very long but so far, it is peaceful and quiet. It is located near the coliseum area - very close to everything you could need-medical, shopping, entertainment, etc. The apartments are pretty sound proof-you won't hear everything on the outside or even your neighbors upstairs, maintenance is very quick to respond, and management has been very friendly. They accept pets but you have to pick up after them. Conveniently, they have these pet waste disposal systems everywhere but not everyone uses them. The premises boasts a car care area which is nothing more than a professional grade vaccuum and area with a hose to wash your car. You can rent a garage or storage area on premises which is very nice and convenient. The prices are comparable to injdependent storage areas.
There is a small lake on premises that is stocked with fish, turtles, and ducks. The neighbors are mostly military with a few retirees and other professionals.
The main ofice bldg has a small fitness center, teeny tiny sauna room, and clubhouse with kitchen for special functions. The pool outside is small but they employ a lifegaurd!! I have never lived in a complex that employs a lifegaurd so this is a bonus for us. The playground for kids is a bit of a misnomer, there is a small set with a slide but it's very awkward. If I could change anything about this place, it would be the "playground".
As far as the inside, kitchens are small but you have a full laundry room, the master bedrooms are huge and bathrooms are good sized. Closets everywhere..walk ins for the bedrooms.
