There are parking issues here but if people would quit trying to park all of their vehicles in the parking lot in front of the building and use the overflow/guest parking, it would be better. This is one of the few complexes that accepts pets so you might want to watch where you step when walking across the grass...they have courtesy pet waste cans and baggies but I don't think half the pet owners use them. It's not that bad but still...one nice thing is that the apt. complex does recognize this is an issue and will give fines or make repeat offenders leave if they don't take heeds to written warnings.
The maintenance staff is pretty good. I have never had to wait over a day or two for them to come by and fix something. We have no complaints about the office staff-they do quarterly resident appreciation parties and do unique things with the kids as well.
The apartment is pretty small but there is a lot of closet space and storage. It is pricey but I will pay that for a small apt community in a quiet section of the city close to everything.
