When I first moved to Hampton I looked all over the place for an apartment. They were the friendliest people that I came across. Everyone else acted like I was wasting their time. I'm in one of their large one bedrooms and for the price and space vs the other places in the area you really get more for your money here. Their staff is funny-really laid back, but still professional. They are very easy to talk to. By far the best choice in Hampton.

The apartments are not that bad.

The apartments and the location are some of the best in the area for the price. The bad reviews might be getting made by people who either couldn't pay their rent on time or wanted to be treated like Mariah Carey or something.
