I feel as though the apt office doesn't care about it's community. They're never there, they're always on their "lunch break". there's even been times when i'd see them inside, but they would have their "we're at lunch, be back in 30min" sign up...AND i've even seen them come out to adjust the time on the sign to extend their lunch! then immediately i've gone over and knocked, and they'd just ignore me. i've got better stuff do to throughout the day than wait for them to be available for me.

To top it off, we've had a series of auto theft, break ins, and even someone got held up at gun point...so the police scheduled to have a safety talk with everyone here at the apartments and to give out stuff... the office KNEW about it and didn't tell anyone, and even left for the day before the local police showed up for it. the only reason i knew about it was because i saw several police knocking on the office's door. I had to tell them the office ladies already left for the day and then they filled me in...of course they were very irritated.

I have a 2 bed 2 bath apt for 1200 a month and we have NO security. For what i pay for this small place, they should be rolling out a red carpet. instead we get an office full of women that just show up when they feel like it...once my contract is up, i'm gone.

I lived there, moved, and was treated wonderfully..cars get stolen everywhere (don't ya know?). This is a reflection of society not Bridgewater..they are great. T. Carnes!

A while back there were a group of teens constantly breaking into cars and stealing tires and so forth repeatidly, week after week, for months. i assume you were a victim and can understand your frustration...it went on forever. infact, i ended up buying a security cam (4 cars broken into on one corner in under a month will make ya do that..lol) and it did seemed to stop happening outside my apt. but after a while, the cops finally caught them. as for the office hours, they do seem a bit flaky at times, but the staff is nice and usually very helpful when around.
