I have lived in Carybrook-Merrimac for almost a year and I would honesty have to say that it is by far the worst experience that I have ever had as far as residency. There are rodents living in the ceiling who make it almost impossible to sleep. There are many discrepancies that have never been repaired from the previous residents. The occupants around you play loud music with no regards of anyone around them. Children run in the street and use harsh language. The walls in the apartment are so thin that you can hear everything and everyone. Now I don't know what hell is like and I don't plan on finding out but it can't be to far from this. There is no excuse for the way the residents are treated at Carybrook and I strongly advice that no one even consider to move in.

I have lived here since December of 2007 and I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! It is nothing like everyone makes it out to be!!! I wasn't sure at first but after I got in I was ok with it. PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!!!

All these positive remarks are obviously from the retarded management team. All of you in that office should be ashamed of yourself and quit trying to cover up your failings as a management team. You are all incompetent and this place is nothing more than a poorly ran place to live. Id do better living on the streets.
