DO NOT RENT HERE! This is by far the worst managed community I've ever seen. Inexperienced, uneducated management; horrible response time to fix interior issues; workmen entering residence without permission or presence of renter; skyrocketing crime rate; wandering, foul mouthed children. This is GHETTO and beyond. This community is a disgrace to Hampton as a whole.
