I moved in here in December of 2007 and I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Carybrook is nothing like everyone makes it out to be... I wasn't too sure at first but after I moved in everything turned out ok. PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!! Everyone only posts the bad things and never the good things so let me be one of the first to let you know they are a good place to live and they are REALLY trying so give them a chance. The office staff is the best I have seen and they have had 3 other managers since I have moved in. The Maint. staff is good too!!! These townhome are nice and big 1700 sq ft so for the price you can't beat them. Come check them out!!!! THANKS FOR READING!!!!

Sounds like this might be a manager. NOTHING has changed about this place. Absolutely nothing. The kids still run the streets at night, people are loud and nothing ever gets done with regards to maintenance issues.
