I have just recently moved in, in spite of the bad reviews. When I met the management team, there was no doubt in my mind that they were going to turn things around. It cannot happen overnight. As far as the kids being out in the streets, that is not a problem with management, it is a problem with bad parenting. However, the previous posts didn't tell the whole story. Yes, there are dozens of loud kids outside, but they are doing the same things we used to do. Making up random cheers, playing football, and basically being kids. So to the people who want to keep bitching and moaning, MOVE OUT! Hell, what do you want' an escort'

I don't have a problem with the kids 'being kids'... It's when the idiot parents let their kids roam until 11:20 at night, or when my car gets broken into IN THE CARPORT... or when I have a flood from my non-stop running downstairs toilet at 3 a.m.. OR better yet, when the maintenance people let themselves in to paint my heating vent, track mud into the house, and then I GET CHARGED on my security deposit for it. Yeah. Really nice place to live.

That place is the pitts!! And if you are living out there LOOK AROUND!!! One year of HELL!!! dont move in that place!!!
