I am currently living in these apartments. But don't move into these apartments unless you really have to. I live on the bottom floor of one section. I can hear my neighbors and no doubt, they can hear me. There is a problem with bugs, more specifically roaches. The windows are not that secure. However, the place is quiet with relatively low crime compared to other areas. There is a slight smell that comes across the creek every once in a while. It's an okay place to start. However, maintenance is lacking. I can do a better job patching than these guys. The cable wiring is old, Cox had to come out and repair my hookup before I could get any service. Plus my front door jammed on me and locked both my son and myself in one night. It's a hassle, but they are pretty good at responding to emergency calls. Also the pipes are old and have a habit of backing up and other problems. A decent starter for the price. But move on if you are looking for something else, like I am right now. The renter's insurance is not worth this place. The kitchen cabinets are also old and outdated. It's so much a hassle than I initially thought. But at least they pay your water and so forth. You just pay cable and electric.
