This apt has its pros and cons. PROS: When I moved in, management was willing to work w/my special financial situation and there was no application fee. They often run specials which helped me during the holidays since they give $300 off my 1st month's rent. I rarely have to use my heat because this apt is VERY well insulated, so much so that I have actually had to open the windows in the dead of winter because it was so hot! This apt can really hold some heat!!! The maintenance crew usually respond to work orders within the same day, but there is never more than a two day wait for repairs. CONS: The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything through your front door. With all the construction going on there are many safety hazards. Serious roach problems. Funny smell.
