we had a lot of problems with the sewage. there was several times that black water came into my toilet and my bathtub where my kids were bathing. i also had a lot of problems with noise. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in your neighbors homes. i also had a lot of problems with the neighborhood around the apartments. kids would come over and steal licences plates and make a lot of noise.
