PROS: Great place to live. Lots of military tenants, which is a plus. Most military people are usually very considerate. Lots of officers, but I can afford this place as an E-4 and it's worth the money. All the neighbors I've met are great people. The gym is actually well equipped and is great for shift workers since it's 24 hours. The grounds are gorgeous and they've just finished the nature trail, which is a nice place to run. The maintenance staff fix problems quickly and follow up to make sure it's fixed properly. The gated parking lot is nice and secure. Noise level is low. The grounds are great for pets. Brand new appliances, brand new everything. Pre-wired for Direct TV. The floor plans may lack square footage, but the layouts make up for it and it seems spacious inside. Every unit has a balcony. If you live near the back, you can't hear the traffic from Magruder Blvd too much, very quiet. The noise from Langley speedway is tolerable and not even too noticable during racedays.

CONS: Price. The washer/dryers are not included, but there is a laundry room at the pool. Currently $45 a month to rent washer/dryer in-home, but easily affordable. Without washer/dryer rent is $895. With them it's $950. There is a small spider problem, but that goes along with anywhere in this area. The pet rent is high, but also that goes along with any apartment complex and at least Falcon Creek allows pets of all sizes. The jets from Langley AFB fly overhead sometimes, but they don't bother me and it's not that loud. If you have a problem with the sound of freedom, don't live anywhere in the Langley area. You can't use Cox cable or any outisde broadband company except Verizon DSL. The apartment's cable internet seemed too slow, but verizon DSL is fast enough for any user. No assigned parking, but there is ample space. All CONS are minor problems, and overall I wouldn't live anywhere else in this area.
