A little over-priced with thin walls.

Falcon Creek is nice for the Hampton area. For the price I, expected a little bit more insulation in the walls. You can hear everything that is going on next door and above you; especially, if the tenants above you walk like elephants. I feel like I do not have any privacy because if I'm in my bedroom talking a bit louder than a whisper or even listening to music it disturbs my neighboors and vice versa.
The kitchen is nice and very large. My smoke detector is too close to the stove, so any time I fry anything it goes off.
I think the gate outside is pointless. I've had several people just wait behind me to get in if they don't have a keypad to get in or the code. So, basically any one can get in, if they really want in. There are a lot better gates around and they happened to pick the one that is always breaking and all it really does is act as a visual deterent.
There are a lot of military folks here, which is fine; however, this apartment complex offers many company incentives and rebates and no military discount. Overall, the apartments are nice and residents keep to themselves.
When I first moved in, my laundy connections where screwed up and it took them a couple days to fix them. They hadn't turned on my dishwasher or my icemaker... which yes is pety, but it's the little things that tick me off.
There is ample closet space and even though the living room looks small, it's plenty of space for people with normal furniture (i.e. Love seat, Couch, End Table, Coffee table, and small entertainment center.
The light fixture above the dining room is cheap and cheesy considering they have all stainless steel looking fixtures (door knobs) and then a cheap gold looking fixture in the middle of the dining room. I also don't really care for the flouresent lighting throughout.
I will be moving when my lease is up.

It's so funny how similar our situations are. They never even turned my WATER on when I moved in and my delivery guys were here with my washer/dryer and couldn't hook it up because the idiots who built the place messed up my connections and didn't even make a drain! So stupid!
I'll be moving when my lease is up, too. They overpromise and underdeliver at this complex. So much for the "kayak rentals" that don't exist.
