I think Falcon Creek is the best option in Hampton, but Hampton doesn't set the bar very high..since most neighborhoods are ghetto with cockroaches. Falcon Creek was in the midst of being finished when we moved here in February, and they had a list of all of these things residents would get...for example, we were promised a self-cleaning oven, french doors going to the 2nd bedroom, etc...and the complex claimed there would be kayak rentals and they have since decided (after everyone moved in) that they "can't" because the creek is too shallow. Something that should have been decided before, it's not complicated to figure that out. They also said there would be fish in the manmade lake on the property for catch-and-release fishing, and there aren't...they promise lots of things and fail to deliver. Every website featuring Falcon Creek claim they have a consierge service (since February) and they JUST sent a newsletter saying they're trying to offer those services at some point..meaning they don't now.
When we moved in, they hadn't even cleaned our apartment. It was filthy, there was drywall everywhere. They also hadn't turned on the water.
Worst of all, you have to deal with this man named "Herb" who is a representative for the complex (BECO Cable) and installs all of your internet or cable. We got directv, because, like previously mentioned, you can't get Cox. I noticed a piece of paper on my counter while Herb was installing the Directv and it had my signature on it. It was a FORGED CONTRACT! Don't trust him, and don't expect much from this place. Overall, the gym and neighborhood are nice, so it's better than anything else in Hampton.

It's funny how everyone has the same complaints! Too bad Hampton is GHETTO and this is as good as it get around here.

I liked Herb, though I don't know exactly how the direct tv contract worked. I think it is rude to mention a person by name on a website like this.
