While sure they're new, they have good parking, nice pool and fitness center, the cons make this place seem worse than most.

The office staff is horrible. Many do not have any customer service experience. We went through 3 differnt gate clickers and each time the staff looked like getting us a new clicker was too much work. Plus, they have done nothing to curb the noise issues and in the summer, those who feel that getting drunk and swimming at 3am is a good idea. Or the drunk yellers who take their dogs out at 3am for a walk. Plus they have two boxer puppies, which will be above the weight limit in a few months. They supposedly hired a security guy... we've seen him once. Plus they have these really nice grills, except they lock the pool deck so you can't use them.

The Internet service, which you have to get through BECO, is worse than dial-up. After TWO phone calls on this issue, we never receive a call back or a credit on our bill.

We moved in with no hot water, have had to had the kitchen sink fixed, the fan in the bathroom fixed more than once, and the painting job looks like they stood in the middle of the room with the sprayer while turning in a circle.

Oh and if you want your mail before dinnertime, forget about it. The mail guy hopefully shows up by 5:30, but don't hold your breath.

Although at least we're lucky we met some other residents who were going to break their lease because the staff were allowing uncouth activities by their neigbors and refused to do anything about it.

Seriously, go a little bit further down 134, there are a lot nicer places.

Haha, this is hilarious, I feel the same! The mail guy DOES come at like 5:30pm, which is INSANE. Most people get mail between 11am-1pm. This is ridiculously overpriced! The office staff is just full of -------s. They make it seem like you're inconveniencing them if you go in there for ANYTHING when the residents are the reason they all have jobs. OH and the owner brought them all to the Dominican Republic FOR FREE because they did such a "good job" opening the apartments! That's LAUGHABLE, they're horrible! And Beco is the absolute worst. "Herb" is an idiot...the Internet just works when it wants to and the signal drops 24/7.

I completely agree. Try buying an HD receiver and not being able to watch anything in HD because they're is a grounding problem with the wiring. Try hiring an inspector to inspect a home that you're trying to buy and him informing you that the property cut corners and greased inspectors pockets to get the property up and running. Oh and the best part of it all, try having a property manager that has never managed a property before and doesn't know what she is doing. Go figure. Just my thoughts, but the mail thing, is very annoying.
