These are new apartments and they are very nice and affordable however on the flip side to that is a few complaints and they are as follows: 1. When you lay in your bed at night should you be able to hear the person next to you get off his tolet' I would say no but guess what it happens here, real luxary isn't it' 2. Parking here is horrible in the evening time here and I don't blame the complex as much as the people who live here and with this being said if you have company make them park to the side nothing gets under my skin worse than having to park out in the middle of nowhere and have to hump groceries 50 yards and then up 2 floors. So do us all a favor and be considerate of those who actually pay rent here. 3. The grounds here are beautiful lets keep it that way meaning the trash compactor is up and fully operational so don't be the one who piles your trash up and let someone else put it in. Nothing worse than having to throw a bag of trash away and have to dig through someones else's trash to throw it away.

Yeah, that's gross that people don't throw their trash out, I take mine out...but isn't it a little ridiculous that there's ONE trash compactor for the entire place? I have to drive my trash there. I've never lived anywhere that I couldn't walk my trash to a dumpster. It's a little ridiculous. And it's a MAJOR safety hazard that it compacts after every time you put something in. I can hear my neighbors sneeze, so I feel like if I have my TV on I'll disturb them. Talk about ridiculous. I don't agree with you that it's affordable..my 2 bedroom (I have the largest floorplan) is $1130 and they've RAISED IT since I moved in back in February. That's a lot and we don't get much out of it...ie..the "walking trails" that aren't finished...the "kayaking center" that was never opened...the self cleaning ovens we were promised...the ------ "BECO" internet that's slower than dial up..this place sucks. I can't wait until my lease is up, and I've considered breaking it anyway. There are good things about it, but for this price the bar needs to be raised.
