pricey, but nice

they get you with the price a little. they say the one bedroom is $930, but you have to pay for what view you have ($10 for wooded, $50 for lake i believe), you have to pay an extra $20 for being on the top story, and you have to pay like $50 to rent a washer and dryer. So that can easily be another $100. yes, the apartments are small, but the complex and grounds are very nice... except for all of the dog owners that NEVER pick up their dog's ----! Its everywhere! you would think people with this much money would have a little courtesy!
its a "gated" community, however when people that dont live here want in, they just wait for another car to come in or out and just follow. the residents are pretty quiet. only the occasional car with their music loud outside my window. everyone else is either military or retired.
if you can actually spare over a thousand dollars a month then go for it.. but you might just wanna use that money towards a mortgage and actually own something in 15 years =)
