I don't understand how you can rate an apartment complex after only being in the rental office. The apartments are the nicest you are going to find in Hampton, so I suggest you go back and request a walk through the models. I always found the staff to be more than helpful.

Weird, when I walked in, I was given a tour within 5 minutes. If you wanted a tour, did you try to ASK?

as someone in the apartment industry a prospective resident should never have to ask the leasing staff for a walk through that is the leasing staff's job and if they are just handing you a price sheet but showing everyone else an apartment that could be a fair housing issue so they need to shape up.

The one thing I've never had a problem with was the staff.

I got a tour, but after hearing about the paper thin walls, I don't think so... My wife and I enjoy making noise but we are not exibitionists.
