My husband and I enjoyed the pretty landscaping, however for less money we could have had a bigger apartment, a security system to deterr the break-ins like at Falcon Creek, the security gate would've worked ALL OF THE TIME, and had less problems. Maintenance never repaired items in a timely fashion without having to go up the chain of command. They also charge ungodly fees for having pets and they don't tell you everything in fine print in the amendment that does not protect you against your pets messing up carpet. You have to wait more than 30 days after you move out to get a bill for what your pets messed up only to be told it's not covered by the ungodly charges they charge you to have a pet. Apparently the $25/mo fee is so your pet is able to walk the grounds comfortably. Definitely not worth the price even with a company discount on the apartment rent prices. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE!

Spoken like you would expect from someone afraid to put their name to their complaints. If I am unsatisfied with someones services enough to write a negative review, I would proudly put my name to it. Otherwise nobody should put any stock in what was said. Jeffrey Taylor
