The maintenance is nosey. The overall apartment is nasty. They show you a nice one with new everything then put you in one that has old carpet with the nails comming out at the door entrances. The aint is so thick on the wall it just chips away in chunks. Its just old and falling apart inside and when someone moves in they do the least amount as possible. The landlord is a real bi***. They yelled at me for talking loud by the window yet all the neighbors in here play music all night. They charge outragous for water and gas. the advertisment says free gass for cooking. so i guess the gas i pay is heat which i never use so they must charge for cooking they cant have two seperate meters for heat and stove. they have one water meer for the whole complex then split the bill between the apatments. well I work a lot and I am never here and their is no dish washer so i pay for the water someone else uses more of. Its like m working for 2 hours and you for 10 and we slpit the pay. If you happen to have trouble and are late on rent they charge 73.oo late fee 44 per person court cost and 200 in another fee for being late. you might as well rent ome where else. They is nothing but loud noise at night and on the weekends. people have compan and take all the parking or people have two to three cars for one person so there is no where to park. My car ALWYAS gets hit by other car doors or just careless people getting out of their car and hitting it with their belongings. You dont belive me see for yourself move in I bet you'll hate it. you can hear through the walls I can hear my neighbor snore or go to the bathrom and his TV if you sit on oyour couch someone in the hall can hear your whole convesation. No privacy at all. People hang dirty diapers on their door and it smells or drop trach in the parking area and leave it including dirty diapers. If you have a pet its 500 per pet if a friend vsists or family and has a small lap dog and are only here for 15 minutes to pick you up and they stand in the door even with the dog never touching the floor and an employee here see it its 500 for any dog crossing your threshold as stated in the lease no exceptions..what a crock!
