My Husband and I moved here almost two years ago. We had problems with the shower and the refrigerator leaking. We put in a work order and maintenance kept saying they would get to us. About a week went by...nothing. So we complained to the manager and it still took about a week before it was actually fixed. In the meantime, we had water constantly leaking from under the fridge and behind the shower but that didn't seem to matter. Once the shower was finally fixed we had tons of bugs that had been living in the wall come out and die in the closet and hallway. The manager here said it was from the mulch that was delivered..yeah not from the big hole and mold in the closet. Don't get me wrong, the maintenance has changed since we have been here and the quality of work/time it takes has definitely improved--as long as you put a work order in. Forget about talking to the manager we tried telling her about one of the drains being clogged, she said she'd put it in with maintenance--nope. Once again water all over the kitchen. We are just ready to get out of this place.

same here hated the place and the manager I think she was pocketing some of the rent if you ask me. long story!
