When I first moved in rent was $680, 2nd year $715, and 3rd year $750. Only utilities included are gas for cooking (I beg to differ). Once you add in heat, water, cable, phone, internet, electricity, stackable W/D ($35/mo extra) qne etc. you end up paying $1000! I do not like how they take all the water from the entire building and divide it, not by the 8 apartments, but by the number of occupants. For example, if you have a roommate you get charged 2/9ths the water instead of 1/8th. Well once I had my child, I was being charged water for a newborn! It has cost me an EXTRA $40-60 a month!!! The lasted thing that has made me really want to leave was BUGS! My neighbors left and were gone for over a month and all of a sudden my building was flooded with bugs. Instead of checking on the tenants, they posted an eviction notice. Well there apartment was cockroach and all other kind of bugs infested! I will NOT renew my lease, because even after spraying my apartment still has critters! I was offered another apartment, but would have an increase in rent'!'!' No one has reimbursed me on the cans of RAID and stuff I've had to purchase. I am moving myself and my daughter out of here ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
