Bad Property Management

I have lived here for 2 years now and it's been hell the entire time. The property manager doesn't do a thing to make sure everything is in working order because she's too busy haveing relationships with the maintenance staff. If you call the Corporate office to complain you speak to another non-working, rude witch.
These places are infested with roaches and they do nothing to clean up the debris out back to get rid of them. They will spray your townhouse or apartment once per month, but that's only if you don't piss the property manager off because when that happens you can forget about being sprayed. They will charge you for plumbing work that they hire plumbers to do, but again, that's only if the property manager doesn't like you.
We have an attorney and if you plan on moving here I suggest you find one too.

Personally, if you lived there for 2 years, there must have been something good about this place. I found your review to be childish, and very un-useful.

I would have to agree with the above posted response. You are either an idiot for staying in a place for 2 years that treated you so bad, or it isn't bad you are just a whiner. ORRRR it could be that you had a pug dog that you let pooh anywhere you wanted and when you got called out on it you started to complain about everything. Maintenance was great when I lived there, which was the same time frame that you lived there. You are being petty and lazy. Scoop some pooh, get off your duff, and stop complaining about every little thing that you didn't get to go your way. My guess is Foxcroft is happy you don't live there anymore. Oh by the way, little roaches are caused from being dirty, large ones (waterbugs) are a product of your environment. Come on...I knew that and I am from the north...
