For the most part, it's a nice apartment complex. It's in a good area of town and quiet most of the time. However, the quality of tenants have gone downhill. If you're trashy, and a druggie, you're welcome here. Landscaping is practically non-existent, I haven't seen landscapers here since last fall. Needs some updating - the kitchen has 1970s colors and flooring and bad roach problems.
